1. Published / Internet pricing:

We cannot anticipate price increases that manufacturers impose throughout the year leading to increased pricing. All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to keep the prices on this site as up to date as possible.

2. Terms

BOC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Checks and Pay Pal. Allow 10 working days for personal checks to clear before production begins and order is shipped. Orders will not be sent until funds clear. No C.O.D. orders.

Florida Residents: Florida State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped/billed within the state of Florida, USA.

3. Orders / Cancellations / Returns:

All sales are final. Filling out the order form is the same as placing an order anywhere else unless specified in the remarks section you are wanting information only. If you are 17 years and younger, or have to ask permission from your parents to pay for an order you shouldn't be ordering any product. Please do not submit the order form if you have no intentions on buying the product.

During the ordering process your payment information will be collected. BOC processes all payments manually, payments are not instantly processed. Payment in full will be billed before any work is started. Your privacy is a top concern, all information collected is securely handled, and your personal information will not be shared/traded/sold to anyone.

Cancellation of an order once work has commenced will result in 50% operations and restocking fee. In other words there is a 50% non-refundable deposit on any Special and or Custom order part or performance program file. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellation of an order that hasn't commenced.

Why do we have a restocking fee on custom chips or products? All our chips require some kind of custom work which includes time invested. Most of our non-tuning products are custom built to your specific vehicle and needs so they don't come right off the shelf. If we can't cover the time invested in building our products or custom programs then we can not stay in business.

There are no returns accepted after 30 days.

There are no returns accepted without calling and receiving a return authorization. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. You MUST have your RMA number on the package or the incoming package will be refused.

30 day return policy on custom chips: Must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, 20% restocking fee applies, no refund on shipping.

There are no returns on electrical or Special / Custom order parts.

BOC is not responsible for any installation/labor charges on products that are damaged, defective, or ordered/shipped in error.

4. Warranties:

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. If you have a problem with one of our custom programmed chips or tuners please contact us right away. You have up to 30 days to contact us for a free adjustment to your program (not including shipping). After the 30 days any changes will be considered a reburn and will be bill as needed.

There are no warranties on custom built parts.

All of our SCT products and other manufactures products have a manufacturer's warranty. BOC can not be held responsible for products sold which are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Some vendors do not offer any form of warranty on their products. If you are concerned, please contact us and we will inform you of the warranty period of each specific manufacturer and parts carried.

Any attempted repair or alteration of any part will immediately void the warranty.

5. Choice Of Law And Forum:

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these policies or your use of the services and prodicts and this resources of this website shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

6. Miscellaneous:

BOC will NOT be held responsible for careless or reckless operation of your motor vehicle after installation of any of our products. Example: if you decide to test your vehicles top speed after the factory speed limiter has been removed through a performance chip and you wreck your vehicle and/or injure yourself, BOC will NOT be held responsible for your actions.

BOC will NOT be held responsible for improper use or installation of any product or damaged cause to vehicle.
